Treant
Creature
The Treant is one of the wonders of the deep old forests of the Reach: a living tree, ancient and slow and wise, that can uproot itself and walk, and that guards its stretch of wood with the patience of something that measures time in centuries. Left in peace, a Treant is no enemy at all - a peaceful, ponderous shepherd of the trees, indifferent to the brief doings of men. But those who burn the forest, fell the old growth, or bring blight and corruption into the wood rouse a slow and terrible wrath, for an angry Treant is a siege-engine of root and limb, and it does not forget a wrong done to its wood.
