The Reach
Place
The Reach is a large island, about 500 miles across and a quarter-million square miles in extent - comparable to Great Britain and Ireland together. It is divided into the Western, Eastern, Northern, Southern, Central, and Deep regions, with the scattered Reach Islands offshore. A ragged inverted-U mountain arch runs through the interior, threaded by seven volcanoes.
