Ice Ogre

The Ice Ogre is the ogre adapted to the killing cold of the Frostspire: a blue-skinned, frost-rimed brute, slower and hardier than its lowland kin, that thrives in the frozen heights where an ordinary creature would die in a night. The cold that exhausts a party only seems to invigorate it, and it fights with the same dim, relentless fury as any ogre, indifferent to the blizzard. Travellers crossing the high passes learn to read the great frost-crusted footprints in the snow and to choose, wherever possible, another pass.
