The Unmaking

The Unmaking is the divine art of the Dark Sun - the drawing-down of the black sun's pull into the work of a living hand. Where Radiant working mends, the Unmaking undoes: it withers, it drains, it raises the dead to serve and commands those a Cleric would turn away. It is the source the Necromancer drinks from, knowingly or not, and the source the Unmakers and their militant Order revere as the world's rightful end. The Cathedral names it corruption and is not entirely wrong - the practice of it tugs the soul toward the very nothing it draws upon. Yet it is real magic, and it answers, and that is precisely what makes it dangerous.
